Who runs this site
This website, proepsomroofing.co.uk, is operated by Pro Epsom Roofing, a roofing business covering Epsom and the surrounding area.
The details we collect
When you send the form, we collect what you type into it: your full name, phone number, email address, street address, town or area, the type of job, when you would like it done and any details you add. We also record that you ticked the consent box.
Our hosting provider keeps short-lived technical logs (such as IP addresses) to keep the site secure. The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies of its own.
Why we collect it
We use your details to respond to your enquiry, arrange and quote the job, carry out any work you ask us to do, and reply if you contact us.
Who we pass it to
The form is delivered through Web3Forms, an email form service, and the site is hosted on Cloudflare. They process the data only to provide those services. We don't sell your details to anyone else, or pass them to other businesses for marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as we need them to handle the job, and no longer than two years.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, you can ask for a copy of the details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them. Email [email protected] and we will reply within the time the law sets. If you are not happy with our answer, you can complain to the privacy regulator in United Kingdom.
